Ferrari F430 Spider

The latest Ferrari, the F430 Spider is a roadster with a V8 engine. This sports car offers a unique
combination of extreme performance and driving without a roof.

This super-machine is equipped with the same 4.3-liter as the F430 coupé. The Spider has a top speed of 310 km/h and goes from 0 to 100 km in 4.1 seconds. This high performance was obtained by techniques that can be found in Formula 1. The circuit is still the site for Ferrari to do research and development.

The main improvements are a 10 percent increase in torsional rigidity to the chassis. The steering and handling are reminiscent of the best standards. The electronic differential ensures that the 490 hp from the V8 can be handled well on the road and on an efficient manner.
