Setting up an Exchange account in iPhone iOS for your mails and calendar

These settings allows you to retrieve your mails and calendar from an exchange account in to your iPhone iOS. This is useful if you want to set up a business account on iPhone for example. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account to Microsoft > Exchange Fields to fill in for the exchange account E-mail: name@companyname.com Server: This can be found in Outlook under > File > Account settings > double click on the relevant account > under server settings you can the right information under server. Type this fully address. There's nothing wrong with sending and receiving mails, but do know that most viruses are spread through emails. This can be constrained If you wish to send a email, start with: all addresses that are still answerable (select and delete). Many users are sending mails to all there contacts, without any modification or removal of dozens of addresses that occur in those mails. Don't use the 'ADD'', but the 'BCC' to address your mails, so other people can't see to what other people the mail has been send to. Then your correspondent receives the mail as 'undisclosed recipient' and you maintain the privacy of those where they still are sending and your recipients and senders. Another advantage is that your mail is not further aggravate. All addresses, that remains in mails, are preying for viruses and junk-mail! Raad 1 In principe is er niks op tegen om mails door te sturen , maar weet wel dat de meeste virussen zich verspreiden via mails. Ook dat verspreiden kunnen we afremmen. Als je een mail wil doorsturen, begin dan met: alle adressen die er nog instaan , (selecteren en deleten) te verwijderen dus. Veel gebruikers sturen alle mails integraal door, zonder enige aanpassing of verwijdering van tientallen adressen die in die mails voorkomen. Gebruik ook niet 'AAN ', maar wel de BCC balk om je adressen toe te voegen. Dan ontvangt je correspondent die mail als 'undisclosed recipient' en behoud je de privacy van diegenen waar je ze ook nog naartoe stuurt en van je ontvangers en de afzenders. Zodoende kan een eventuele mailvirus zich onmogelijk massaal verspreiden. Nog een voordeel daarvan is, dat het je mail niet nog eens verzwaart.
