1st R.W.F. pistol from World War 1

Does anybody know something about the 1st R.W.F. gun used during World War 1? It's a small black pistol used by The Royal Welch Fusiliers, a regiment of the British Army, part of the 'Prince of Wales' Division. But we won't to know more about it.
