Bij mij heeft 'het anders willen gaan leven' een zoektocht geworden om het over een andere boeg te gaan gooien. Ik weet enkel nog niet hoe ik het zal aanpakken. Wat ik wel weet is dat ik van onderstaande negatieve invloeden, gedachten, stress en lichamelijke klachten af wil. PUNT! Negatieve gedachten Vaak sluipen negatieve zinnen mijn gedachten binnen. Zoals: 'ik kan het niet meer aan', 'wat moet ik gaan doen', 'ik stop er mee', 'hoe moet het nu verder', 'ik ben op', 'ik kan niet meer'. Dit en nog meer van deze negatieve al omvattende boodschappen dienen uit mijn te verdwijnen en plaats te maken voor meer positieve, gedachten en gevoelens. Dit dient te veranderen in mijn leven, en wel nu meteen want het is 5 voor 12. Stress, lichamelijke klachten en 'het verkeerde systeem' De vele stress-situaties, de lichamelijke klachten zoals oorsuizen en hart-kloppingen en geen conditie, depressie en 'het klopt niet meer in...

Zelf ben ik ook zoekende in deze als maar sneller evoluerende wereld waar alles te is (de laatste tijd zelfs te veel in het negatieve). Ik wil terug gelukkig worden zoals vroeger met minder zorgen. Het gezegde dat geld niet gelukkig maakt is bij mij het bewijs. Ik heb gespaard maar geniet niet van mijn zuur verdiende centjes. Ik doe er niets mee, ik weet niet meer waarvoor ik ga werken of geld spaar. Het is een gewoonte geworden om te gaan werken en telkens maar te sparen. Veel tijd heb ik immers niet over om het geld op te doen. Eén doel heb ik wel nog een eigen huis, daar spaar ik wel nog voor, maar het zoeken naar een huis daar heb ik de fut niet meer voor. De fut ontbreekt mij zelfs om na het werk of tijdens het weekend nog wat actiefs te gaan doen zoals sporten of een stevige wandeling in de natuur of in een mooie stad. Het vat is af, ik ben gewoon op. Van kinds af streefde ik als maar naar hoger en moeilijker ook al kost mij dit veel moeite, nooit koos ik voor de gemakkelijk...
